Empire Runners Club is a non-profit organization that promotes running as a healthy activity for runners of all abilities. The Empire Runners Club is affiliated with both Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and the USA Track & Field's Pacific Association (PA/USATF). Founded in 1976, The Empire Runners have become a fixture in the North Bay running scene.
